MAILO AI is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services. However, your transactions are directly with MAILO AI. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases or sales, including damages or losses. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all liability related to your transactions with MAILO AI.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
